About Adele

I’ve always noticed what happens when people are given permission to create.

The walls come down. Something honest surfaces. People start talking — really talking — in ways they don’t always get to.

After years of working with people across many kinds of creative spaces, I became aware that what I was holding wasn’t just an art class or a workshop. It was a place for meaningful connection and listening. I wanted to honour that responsibility with real training, which led me to ICF-accredited coach training with Moving the Human Spirit — and a specialization in trauma-informed practice.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of art and healing.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist — muralist, sculptor, illustrator, set painter, and performance collaborator — and a certified trauma-informed life coach. Whether I’m leading children through a collective mural from concept to finished wall, working with a client one-on-one, or creating commissioned work for galleries, theatres, and public spaces, the intention is always the same: to build something that makes people feel seen, safe, and part of something larger than themselves.

Rooted in a deep reverence for the natural world and a belief in the power of community, I welcome people of all ages, all backgrounds, and all stories. Wherever you are on your journey — this is a place for you.
