There is no preparation required and no performance expected. Sessions begin with a gentle check-in — noticing where you are, mentally and physically, in this moment.

Through conversation guided by your goals, we bring what matters most into focus. You speak; I listen. Together we illuminate the obstacles that have been quietly standing in your way.
03 — You feel the path forward
Coaching isn’t only cognitive — we work with what you sense in your body too. You leave with clarity that feels grounded, not just understood.

Discovery Call — Complimentary · 30 minutes
A gentle first conversation to see if we are a good fit. No commitment, no pressure — simply a chance to meet, ask questions, and sense whether this work feels right for you.
Individual Session · 60 minutes
A focused, one-to-one coaching session centred on a goal, challenge, or transition you are navigating. We work at your pace, with warmth and without judgement.
Coaching Package · Series of 4–6 Sessions
Ongoing support across several weeks to help you build momentum, deepen insights, and put lasting change into practice — one grounded step at a time.
